Responsibilities

• Build and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns for clients, incorporating AB test experimentation, forecasting, and customized creative assets
• Set quarterly goals and objectives, while hitting KPIs
• Analyze and optimize media spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tactics
• Drive experimentation by building, prioritizing, and executing against a testing roadmap
• Utilize new tools to enable landing page, offer, and catalogue A/B testing
• Optimize and report on performance as a full funnel, not just siloed in the ad account
• Lead relationships through weekly meetings, slack, etc. and build strong client partnerships
• Possess senior-level communication skills and high emotional intelligence, including insight development, leading a room, and managing difficult conversations
• Prepare reports showcasing ad performance and share insights on current and future tests
• Stay ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising channels, conversion rate optimization techniques, industry trends, client issues, and competitive reviews and analysis; provide intelligence to the team and others in the agency
• Support new business development through audits, pitches, and proposals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related Paid Social media buying experience for eCommerce
• Previous experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads
• Ability to analyze raw data and formulate insights to shape client strategy, ability to tell insightful stories with supporting data
• Exceptional communicator
