The ideal candidate is curiously passionate about 'why' video advertisements work & why people make certain purchase decisions.
Responsibilities
- Writing conversion-focused direct response copy and building ads for our clients, with a focus on improving sales outcomes.
- Customer research, surveys, review mining to understand our clients’ brands, products, and customers.
- Coming up with hypotheses of what we'd like to learn and executing creative based on that, using data from prior ads and industry best-in-class examples
- Lead relationships with clients, through meetings, slack, etc.
Ideal Candidate
- Already well versed in performance marketing creative strategy, with at least 1 year as a media buyer or creative strategist, up to date with best practices
- Self-motivated, holds their work to a high standard, and acts with urgency
- High agency and does not need constant oversight
- Spends time ensuring they are up to date with industry best practices and trends, testing new tools and tactics
- Solutions oriented, strong communicator, does not play the blame game
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus
- NYC based candidates preferred
